2026 Fall - ECCO, Enterprise Control Testing Intern (4 Months)
This 4-month Fall 2026 internship supports RBC's Enterprise Control Testing team in assessing key controls' design and effectiveness, aiding risk management and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support control assessment activities per RBC's Internal Control Policy and Standard.
- Assist in risk management practices and control assessment programs.
- Act as liaison between business partners and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to strategic activities for regulatory commitments on control assessments.
- Perform control assessments following enterprise policies and standards.

Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining tools for risk assessments and control testing.
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and process improvement projects to enhance program maturity and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution focusing on business, risk management, finance, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
- Demonstrate leadership acumen and passion for dynamic business environments.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a creative, analytical thinker, self-driven, and able to work in fast-paced settings.
- Experience working on projects and thriving in ambiguity.

Program Details
- Duration: 4 months, September to December 2026.
- Work hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time.
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; must be located within Ontario during the term.
- Employment type: Student/Co-op fixed term, salaried position.
