Role and Responsibilities
- Support control assessment activities per RBC's Internal Control Policy and Standard.
- Assist in delivering key regulatory commitments for control assessments.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance program maturity and efficiency.
- Participate in management discussions on strategies and work plans.
- Help develop and maintain tools for risk assessments and control testing.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution focusing on business, risk management, finance, math, statistics, or engineering.
- Demonstrate leadership acumen and passion for dynamic business environments.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a creative, analytical thinker capable of working in fast-paced settings.
- Experience working on projects and managing ambiguity.

Program Details
- 4-month student placement from September to December 2026.
- Must return to school after December 2026 or require the full 4-month term to graduate.
- Located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.
- Full-time, salaried position with 37.5 work hours per week.
