Role Responsibilities
- Support execution of risk and control methodologies by reviewing risks, controls, policies, and standards.
- Analyze Non-Financial Risks and assist in improving related frameworks and policies.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights.
- Create training materials and presentations on risk and control capabilities.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for management using AI-assisted tools.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Ability to translate data insights into training materials and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in risk management or compliance.
- Familiarity with data analysis or business intelligence tools.
- Interest in AI applications in financial services.
- Prior internship or work experience in financial or risk roles.

Program Details
- 4-month student placement from September to December 2026.
- Must be returning to school after December 2026 or require full 4-month term to graduate.
- Located in Ontario for the duration of the work term.
- Full-time, salaried position with 37.5 work hours per week.
