Role Responsibilities
- Support global Risk & Controls Governance team in executing operational risk and control framework.
- Conduct governance, reporting, and automation activities to enhance operational risk framework.
- Track COO Group Operations mandatory absence requirements and monitor outstanding issues.
- Maintain COO Group Operations Key Control Inventories and support reporting improvements.
- Assist with RC&G SharePoint, Tableau Dashboard, and ControlNet maintenance.

Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to collaborate and identify key risks and control gaps.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or capital markets operations.
- Experience in risk management and/or audit.
- Educational background in business, accounting, finance, or economics.
- Knowledge of data analytics.
