Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and executing audits across retail and wholesale credit portfolios.
- Work with auditors on walkthroughs, control testing, and portfolio reviews.
- Analyze credit exposure, migration trends, and risk metrics to identify issues.
- Evaluate credit risk rating, monitoring, and provisioning processes.
- Prepare well-documented workpapers supporting audit conclusions.

Team and Exposure
- Join a specific Global Credit team for the fall term.
- Gain exposure to multiple credit risk disciplines within Internal Audit.
- Attend audit team and stakeholder meetings to learn communication of findings.
- Experience how Internal Audit supports sound credit risk management and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong personal skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel for financial analysis.
- Understanding of credit risk concepts and processes.
- Previous experience with a financial institution.
