Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to audit planning, execution, and reporting across RBC Capital Markets businesses.
- Develop and review audit programs and sampling techniques.
- Assess effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance.
- Analyze data sets to identify patterns and anomalies using visualization tools.
- Support regulatory requests and key projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in Finance, Business, Economics, CFA, or related fields.
- Strong independent and team working skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.

- Experience in Capital Markets or related financial institutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Access.
