Join RBC's Chief Audit Executive group as a Fall Business Analyst intern for 4 months. Gain consulting-style experience in internal audit, working on strategy, analytics, and process improvement projects to influence business decisions.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support Internal Audit leadership on strategy, process improvement, analytics, and transformation projects.
- Address ambiguous problem statements with structured thinking to develop insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis across business units and risk areas to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement process improvements using technology and AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions within the CAE Group.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation creation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Internal Audit, technology, consulting, or enterprise strategy.
- Previous co-op or project-based experience.
- Exposure to analytics, strategy, operations, or business transformation.
- Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior or non-technical audiences.
