Join RBC's Internal Audit team for a 4-month internship in Toronto, supporting audit planning, reporting, and Agile initiatives. Gain exposure to diverse business areas and develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support the centralized TOPR team within Internal Audit.
- Assist with Audit Committee reporting, including commentary and visualizations.
- Research industry and emerging topics for reporting purposes.
- Train as a Scrum Master to support Agile methodologies.
- Act as liaison on complex, multi-faceted departmental initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Masters in Finance, Business, Economics, CFA, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in teams.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
- Previous experience with a financial institution is an asset.
