Role Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into actionable approaches and align stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development, operational efficiency, and policy reviews.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and flag discrepancies.
- Assist in project and initiative management for multiple stakeholders.
- Benchmark ideas against competitors and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time and relationship management.
- Adaptable to dynamic situations and able to influence outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing small projects or enhancements.
- Familiarity with projects involving IT components.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
