RBC Insurance offers a 4-16 month fall co-op internship in Sales Support roles in Montreal. Interns will support insurance sales teams through varied tasks including client communication, research, and report generation.

Role Responsibilities
- Perform research and respond to customer inquiries.
- Contribute to projects under supervision.
- Document and update process manuals.
- Develop product knowledge and business process skills.
- Manage client correspondence via calls and emails.

Additional Tasks
- Handle caseload reassignments and follow-up reports.
- Update systems with caseload changes and follow-up dates.
- Review files for offsets and pursue as needed.
- Make courtesy calls to advisors.
- Assist in creating newsletters.

Candidate Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
- Pursuing Bachelor or Master’s in finance, business, economics, or related field.
- Strong independent and team working skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of business administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel for financial analysis.
- Previous experience in financial or insurance institutions.
