Join RBC Personal Banking's Savings & Investments Analytics team as a Data Analyst intern for 12 months starting September 2026. Support data-driven decisions to improve client investment support and retention.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support data efforts to identify trends and improve client investment support.
- Leverage database querying and predictive analytics to enhance mutual fund leads distribution.
- Create tools to increase automation and data interconnections using next-gen technology.
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc stakeholder requests.
- Participate in specialized strategic projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree demonstrating mastery in math, computer science, or data analytics.
- Creative, analytical, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for finance and investing with eagerness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Value teaching and learning within the team.

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in programming/database tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel.
- Knowledge or experience in the investment industry.
- Ability to operate effectively in both business and technical environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional settings.
