About the role

Join RBC Borealis as an AI Data Analyst Co-op in Toronto for 8 months. Support AI adoption by building dashboards, delivering insights, monitoring trends, and conducting user research in a dynamic tech team.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking generative AI usage across RBC business units.
• Deliver weekly insights translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor external generative AI trends to inform RBC's AI strategy.
• Conduct qualitative user research to capture success stories and adoption barriers.
• Support rollout activities including event support and post-go-live analysis.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution focused on Data Analytics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with database technologies like Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, Tableau, PowerBI.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot.
• Prior co-op or work experience in product analytics or user research.
• Understanding of ML/AI concepts and statistical analysis.
