About the role

Join RBC as a Winter 2027 Co-op Student in Personal Banking to support project delivery and improve business outcomes through collaboration and data analysis. This in-person role runs from January to April 2027 in Toronto.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive project success by working on specific projects or business priorities.
• Collaborate with teams to identify, test, and implement product and process improvements.
• Assist in designing internal controls and monitoring regulatory risk management.
• Contribute ideas to enhance business outcomes and competitiveness.
• Develop relationships and coordinate across teams for project execution.
• Use data to research opportunities, calculate benefits, and make recommendations.

Tools and Communication

• Leverage PowerPoint to communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and opportunity identification.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Project Management, or related post-secondary program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for driving project success and enhancing business outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.
