Summer 2027 Wealth Management Operations Internship in Minneapolis offers hands-on experience across different wealth management areas, working alongside experienced Operations professionals. Interns gain exposure to RBC Wealth Management capabilities, connect with Capital Markets businesses, and complete orientation, classroom training, and information sessions with business leaders.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Gain hands-on experience in one of several wealth management operations areas.
• Work alongside experienced Operations professionals and business leaders.
• Develop an understanding of RBC Wealth Management capabilities.
• Connect with different Capital Markets businesses through the internship experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• Graduate in December 2027 or spring 2028.
• Demonstrate basic market knowledge and a keen interest in financial markets.
• Bring strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and business skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Work schedule is 40 hours per week, full time.
