Role and Responsibilities
- Work on projects to drive successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate to identify, test, and implement product and process improvements.
- Assist in designing internal controls and monitoring regulatory risk management.
- Contribute ideas to enhance business results.
- Develop relationships and coordinate across teams for project execution.

Tools and Communication
- Leverage PowerPoint to communicate recommendations effectively.
- Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and opportunity identification.

Eligibility and Duration
- 4 or 8 month placement starting September 8, 2026.
- End date December 18, 2026 or April 23, 2027.
- Must be returning to school after placement or require work term to graduate.

Must Have Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business, Project Management, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
