About the role

RBC offers an 8-12 month Business Support co-op in Technology & Operations with roles like Business Systems Analyst and Communications Analyst. Candidates will analyze business requirements, support IT projects, and create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents to identify and resolve system issues
• Research and document stakeholder needs to support business solutions
• Gather and document information collaboratively end-to-end
• Create process documents, end-user documentation, and training materials
• Collaborate to ensure IT project portfolio data accuracy and correct variances
• Create and update detailed project schedules and web content

Must-Have Qualifications

• Enrolled in Canadian post-secondary program in Business Technology Management or related field
• Leadership skills and passion for dynamic business environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, analytical thinker able to work in fast-paced settings
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge or experience with business analysis processes

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments
• Experience with IT standards, SDLC, PMF, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of risk assessment and quantification methodologies
• Experience creating process documents and multimedia design principles
• Understanding of brand standards and strategy delivery
