Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents to identify and resolve system issues
• Assess and document stakeholder needs to support business solutions
• Gather and document information collaboratively end-to-end
• Create process documents, end-user documentation, and training materials
• Collaborate to ensure IT project portfolio data accuracy
• Create and update detailed project schedules and web content

Must-Have Qualifications

• Enrolled in Canadian post-secondary program in Business Technology Management or related fields
• Leadership skills and passion for dynamic business environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, analytical, and self-driven in fast-paced settings
• Strong MS Office skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge or experience with business analysis processes

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with IT standards, SDLC, PMF, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of risk assessment and quantification
• Experience creating process documents
• Understanding of multimedia/interactive design principles
• Experience with brand standards and strategy
