About the role
Business Analyst Intern supporting the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer Shared Services Team at RBC in Toronto. The role focuses on gathering requirements, mapping operational processes, documenting procedures, and supporting project planning across CLAO business segments, including risks, controls, invoices, and corporate memberships.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify business, process, and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, or surveys.
- Create process flow diagrams and documentation for CLAO operational processes and procedures.
- Maintain documentation supporting compliance, audits, and knowledge transfer.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, risk management, milestone tracking, progress reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Eligibility and Work Arrangement
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution in business administration, project management, or an equivalent field.
- Four-month Winter 2027 student placement running from January 2027 through April 2027.
- Return to school after April 2027, or require the full work term to graduate successfully.
- Successful candidate must be located in Ontario throughout the work term.
- Specific virtual, hybrid, or in-office arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager.
- The position is based at Royal Bank Plaza, 200 Bay Street, Toronto.
