About the role

This 12-month Toronto internship supports Global Transaction Banking’s migration from the legacy Fenergo Fen-E platform to FenX SaaS within RBC’s Client Lifecycle Management ecosystem. The Project Coordinator will connect stakeholders, coordinate requirements and testing, support change management, and help ensure a smooth transition for the Due Diligence team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the Due Diligence team, IT implementation partners, project leads, and stakeholders.
  • Collate and prioritize action items, requirements feedback, configuration decisions, and subject matter expert responses.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and project status updates for relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements finalization covering workflows, risk rating, data, documents, reporting, and entitlements.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, consolidate feedback and issue logs, and support quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate change communications, training logistics, and knowledge transfer between legacy and FenX processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a business, commerce, or related degree and completing the second, third, or fourth year.
  • Must return to school after the work term ends in April 2027.
  • Students graduating in April 2027 must require the work term to graduate.
  • Experience in operations, program coordination, or project support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with financial services operations or compliance functions.
  • Exposure to enterprise software platforms or client lifecycle management systems.
  • Understanding of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
