Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the trading desk.
- Assist in reconciling previous day trading activity.
- Liaise between trading and operations staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
- Identify and resolve trade settlement issues to minimize risks.

- Proficient in Excel with macro skills.

- Strong analytical skills to investigate trade discrepancies.
- Familiarity with trading terminology and back-office processes.
- Knowledge of systems like Charles River, Bloomberg, PCView, DTCC, GTSS, CloudMargin.

Program Details
- Work term requires returning to school or mandatory for graduation.
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
- Work from office minimum four days per week.
- Competitive salary range $40,000 to $60,000 annually.
