Role and Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Manager in executing Supplier Management processes per Third Party Policy.
  • Use procurement applications and data analysis tools to assist teams and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize requests and projects to support risk management activities.
  • Build relationships with teams across platforms to share best practices.
  • Manage relationships with Supplier Management and governance support groups.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills to identify and prioritize information.
  • Analytical thinking to identify data relationships.
  • Detail-oriented in data collection and report preparation.
  • Ability to provide advice based on established information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Risk Management (e.g., Canadian Risk Management Certificate).
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Data analytics capabilities.

Program Details

  • 4-month Fall 2026 internship from September to December.
  • Must be a student returning to school after December 2026 or require the full 4-month work term to graduate.
  • Located in Ontario for the duration of the internship.
  • Full-time position with 37.5 work hours per week.
