Role and Responsibilities
- Support Data Shared Services to drive business process improvements.
- Gain knowledge of RBC’s data product and platform management.
- Collaborate with experts to understand business problems and create user stories.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT testing.
- Document business requirements, process flows, data models, and dictionaries.

- Passion for data and self-driven critical thinker.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data with minimal guidance.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of data modeling.
