About the role

Role and Responsibilities
- Support new and ongoing projects across departments to meet business goals.
- Conduct internal and external research to inform digital strategy recommendations.
- Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling executive presentations.
- Collaborate with partners to refine and articulate digital initiatives.
- Create and maintain content including articles, videos, and presentations following brand guidelines.
- Assist in training content updates and coordination of training programs and calls.
Additional Duties
- Maintain office policies and coordinate logistics for meetings including rooms and catering.
- Support intranet updates and migration through inventory, content audits, and project coordination.
- Deliver high-quality communications within short timelines.
- Handle communications-related duties and projects as they arise.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements - Must Have
- Client-first mindset with interest in strategic planning in large organizations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, analytical thinker, self-driven in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of financial services industry and strong work ethic.
Requirements - Nice to Have

- Knowledge of wealth management industry.
- Curiosity about digital trends and innovation in financial services.
