Role and Responsibilities
- Design and execute internal communications campaigns to boost awareness of business strategies and brand.
- Develop high-quality written content for social media, emails, videos, intranet, and event updates.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement events to strengthen brand and culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements
- Preferred background in Communications, PR, Media, Journalism, or Business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Project management capabilities and motivation to learn.
- Interest in traditional and social media, creativity, and curiosity.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations.
- Visual design and video editing skills.
- Record of academic success with diverse extracurricular activities.

Eligibility
- Must be returning to school after the internship or require the full work term to graduate.
- Internship is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed term for 4 months.
