About the role

RBC Capital Markets seeks rising college seniors for a 10-week Global Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program in New York. Analysts support live transactions, client-facing business development, financial modelling, pitch materials, market research, and transaction analysis across multiple industry and product groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, financial analyses, and transaction-related materials.
• Create pitch books and other materials for clients and business development initiatives.
• Conduct research to assess market trends and support investment banking analysis.
• Support live deals, major transactions, and client-facing business development activities.
• Work across industry groups including technology, healthcare, real estate, and financial services.
• Work across product groups including M&A, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, and project finance.

Program Experience

• Gain foundational skills in financial modelling, analysis, transaction execution, negotiation, and industry knowledge.
• Receive support from a mentor, typically a full-time Analyst.
