Role and Responsibilities
- Support investment bankers with structuring and issuing municipal bonds.
- Prepare cash flow projections and financial analyses for capital markets transactions.
- Gather and analyze data for proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing financing proposals and underwriting functions.
- Maintain and organize marketing materials and information resources.

Candidate Requirements
- Undergraduate students entering final year, graduating Spring 2028 or December 2027.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; finance and accounting knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
