Responsibilities
- Complete group and individual projects during rotations.
- Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Develop learning solutions to support RBC's people.
- Translate insights into clear reports for diverse audiences.
- Promote department initiatives through data-backed storytelling.

Requirements
- Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) Peoples of Canada.
- Recent college/university graduate or non-degreed with work experience.
- Reside in Toronto area with ability to commute downtown.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis accuracy.

Preferred Skills
- Strong data analytics capabilities and trend identification.
- Experience extracting, cleaning, and transforming data.
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard design tools.
- Experience with KPI tracking and analysis.
