Responsibilities

  • Complete group and individual projects during rotations.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop learning solutions to support RBC's people.
  • Translate insights into clear reports for diverse audiences.
  • Promote department initiatives through data-backed storytelling.

Requirements

  • Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Metis) Peoples of Canada.
  • Recent college/university graduate or non-degreed with work experience.
  • Reside in Toronto area with ability to commute downtown.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong data analytics capabilities and trend identification.
  • Experience extracting, cleaning, and transforming data.
  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard design tools.
  • Experience with KPI tracking and analysis.
