Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events like career fairs and networking to attract top talent.
  • Support event logistics including venue research, food ordering, and onsite assistance.
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing on promotional materials.
  • Communicate professionally with internal partners and external suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting planning and data analysis.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in event planning, program development, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Flexible, creative, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Slido and Phenom platforms.
  • Experience with virtual platforms, especially WebEx.

Program Details

  • 4-month student placement from September to December 2026.
  • Must be returning to school after December 2026 or require the full 4-month term to graduate.
  • Located in Ontario for the duration of the work term.
  • Full-time, salaried position with 37.5 work hours per week.
