Program Details

• 4-month placement from January 11, 2027 to April 30, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Toronto, Canada at RBC Waterpark Place
• Salaried student/co-op position

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis and credit assessments for commercial loan applications
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate borrower creditworthiness
• Support senior analysts in monitoring client portfolios and identifying risks
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and clients

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related program
• Must return to school after April 2027 or require work term to graduate
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Tableau
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of commercial banking and financial services
• Familiarity with banking systems or credit analysis tools
• Knowledge of commercial lending products and practices
• Previous finance internship or co-op experience
• Ability to transform data into actionable business insights
