Program Details

  • 4-month placement from January 11 to April 30, 2027
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Toronto, Canada
  • Salaried student/co-op position

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify actionable insights
  • Use Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and machine learning models
  • Present findings to business partners and senior management
  • Collaborate across teams to support business growth
  • Streamline processes with cutting-edge data technologies

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, or R
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business fundamentals and financial analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of commercial banking and financial services
  • Previous data internship or co-op experience
  • Familiarity with AI, databases, and cloud technologies
  • Exposure to software development or workflow automation
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
