Program Details

• 4-month placement from January 11 to April 30, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Toronto, Canada
• Salaried student/co-op position

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in client meetings, calls, and proposal development
• Prepare client presentations and financial summaries
• Maintain and update CRM systems and client files
• Assist in identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Support client onboarding processes

Must-Have Qualifications

• Enrolled in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Financial knowledge including banking products and compliance
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Critical thinking and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services
• Understanding of financial services and business fundamentals
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in AI's impact on banking
