Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify actionable insights and business growth opportunities
- Use Business Intelligence technologies and data tools to streamline processes
- Develop problem-solving and analytical skills to address business challenges
- Present findings and recommendations to business partners and senior management
- Engage in data lifecycle activities including data pipelines and machine learning model development

Must-Have Qualifications
- Enrolled in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related post-secondary program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Understanding of business fundamentals, financial analysis, and accounting principles

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial banking and financial services
- Previous internship or co-op experience in data roles
- Familiarity with AI, databases, data engineering, or cloud technologies
- Exposure to software development, application support, or workflow automation
- Ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
