Summer 2027 US Wealth Management Internship

About the role

Ten-week Summer 2027 internship with RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis. Interns gain hands-on experience across wealth advisory, investment management, financial planning, analysis, operations, compliance, client services, estate and trust services, and strategic projects while developing analytical, communication, and professional networking skills.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Work alongside assigned business teams on day-to-day projects and client-focused initiatives.
• Gain exposure to wealth advisory, portfolio management, financial planning, operations, compliance, or client services.
• Contribute to projects across investment management, financial analysis, estate and trust services, operations, and strategy.
• Develop analytical capabilities, professional communication skills, and practical wealth management experience.
• Participate in networking events and community involvement opportunities with interns and full-time employees.

Program Development

• Attend virtual and in-person speaker series featuring RBC executives and leadership insights.
• Learn about career development, industry trends, and pathways to success in wealth management.
• Build professional connections with fellow interns, team members, and RBC leadership.
