About the role

Join RBC Wealth Management as a Winter Administrative Assistant for 4-16 months, supporting advisors and clients with administrative and client service tasks in a dynamic team environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service focusing on problem resolution and detail.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of existing accounts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation updates complying with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Support wealth management processes and maintain audit activities.
  • Process trades accurately and manage account documentation and cash flows.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional, warm, and friendly client service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.
