Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled in a post-secondary Design or related program or equivalent experience.
- Experience writing for non-expert audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and self-starting aptitude.
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and creativity.

- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Understanding of product design process from research to testing.
