RBC Wealth Management offers a 4-16 month fall internship in Digital Strategy and Communications. Interns will work on impactful projects, supporting digital strategy, communications, and marketing within wealth management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support new and ongoing projects across departments to meet business goals.
  • Conduct internal and external research to inform digital strategy recommendations.
  • Develop clear, concise, and visually compelling executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with partners to refine and articulate digital initiatives.
  • Create and maintain content including articles, videos, and presentations following brand guidelines.

Additional Duties

  • Maintain office policies and coordinate logistics for meetings including rooms and catering.
  • Support intranet updates and migration including content audits and project coordination.
  • Deliver high-quality communications within short timelines.
  • Handle communications-related duties and projects as they arise.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements - Must Have

  • Client-first mindset with interest in strategic planning in large organizations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, analytical, self-driven, and able to work in fast-paced settings.
