2026 Wealth Management, Fall Advisor Channel Sales Co-op (8 month)

Join RBC Global Asset Management's Sales Technology & Analytics team as a Wealth Management Advisor Channel Sales Co-op. Support sales data management, advisor prospecting, CRM reporting, event support, and AI integration in an 8-month internship in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Categorize daily sales transactions and assign rep codes to investment advisors.
  • Complete monthly metrics reporting on data categorization progress.
  • Use Excel and SQL to find and communicate new advisors to the national sales team.
  • Run and format standard and ad hoc CRM reports to support sales operations.
  • Lead data hygiene efforts in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Track success of sales initiatives using Excel reports analyzing progress and benefits.
  • Leverage RBC’s internal AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and automate workflows.
  • Design and build AI agents using RBC’s AI platform to streamline sales processes.
  • Participate in software integration and process improvement projects.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Salesforce, Tableau, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools for prompt engineering and report generation.
  • Basic understanding of Canadian securities industry and regulatory environment.
  • Interest in investment management and familiarity with mutual fund types (asset not required).
