2026 Wealth Management, Fall Administrative Assistant (4-16 months)
RBC Wealth Management offers a fall co-op for Administrative Assistants to support Advisors and teams in delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts.

Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
- Provide proactive client service focusing on problem resolution and detail.
- Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of existing accounts.
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Support Wealth Management process and maintain audit of activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
- High level of time management and organizational skills.
- Professional, warm, and friendly client service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.

Program Details
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term student/co-op position.
- Duration between 4 to 16 months starting in fall 2026.
