2026 Wealth Management, Fall Administrative Assistant (4-16 months)

RBC Wealth Management offers a fall co-op for Administrative Assistants to support Advisors and teams in delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service focusing on problem resolution and detail.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of existing accounts.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Support Wealth Management process and maintain audit of activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
  • High level of time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional, warm, and friendly client service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.

Program Details

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term student/co-op position.
  • Duration between 4 to 16 months starting in fall 2026.
