Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with clients and prospects.
- Provide proactive client service focusing on problem resolution and detail.
- Assist with client onboarding and maintenance of existing accounts.
- Ensure accurate documentation updates complying with internal and regulatory standards.
- Support wealth management processes and maintain audit of activities.

Requirements
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of time management and organizational skills.
- Professional, warm, and friendly client service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Interest in the Canadian investment landscape.
