About the role
Four-month winter co-op in RBC’s Chief Audit Executive group, offering a consulting-style business analyst experience within Internal Audit. You will support strategy, process improvement, analytics, transformation, and technology-enabled initiatives while solving ambiguous business problems, developing recommendations, and communicating insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support Internal Audit leadership through strategy, process improvement, analytics, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business units, risk areas, and processes to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop technology- and AI-enabled process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders on innovative solutions.
- Create executive presentations, develop strategy, and communicate project business value.
- Apply structured thinking to ambiguous and evolving problem statements.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, accounting, finance, analytics, strategy, or related field.
- Must return to school after the work term or require the full term to graduate successfully.
- Manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
