Investment Banking Off Cycle Intern
This 3-month full-time internship in Amsterdam offers hands-on experience in investment banking, including deal execution, financial modeling, and marketing materials preparation. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of mandated deals.
- Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials.
- Gather public information from various sources.
- Create financial model analyses including discounted cash flow models.
- Build company forecast models.

Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Dutch mandatory; applications lacking fluency will not be considered.
