Intern, Enterprise Control Testing (ECT)
Internship opportunity supporting Enterprise Control Testing (ECT) team in Malaysia. Focus on documentation, data preparation, tracking, and administrative tasks to assist control testing processes.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare testing templates, document request lists, trackers, and standard documentation.
- Set up workpapers and folders following team structure and naming conventions.
- Collect, label, and organize evidence from control owners.
- Update status trackers, logs, and dashboards to reflect testing progress.
- Support process document updates and version control.

Team and Reporting
- Report to Manager/Associate Director, ECT.
- Work within Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) structure.
- Support analysts and senior analysts in executing control testing.
- Ensure compliance with RBC’s Internal Control Management Policy (ICMP).

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related business fields.
- Dependable, organized, and responsive with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in accounting, finance, risk management, control testing, or compliance.
