Role and Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute tools and processes for business operations and development.
• Communicate internally and externally with partners and vendors on compliance and trading operations.
• Conduct research to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Build dashboards, predictive models, and tools to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in data mining and organizing raw data from diverse sources like accounting systems and GitLab.
• Experience or willingness to learn Tableau and other data input tools.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Technical capability or interest in algorithmic design in C++.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify key factors and focus on improvements.
• Results-driven with ability to complete tasks timely and multitask effectively.
