About the role
QRT offers a London-based, 3–6 month internship starting in 2027 across HR Data Analytics and HR Software Engineering. Interns join technical teams, contribute to live HR technology projects, and receive mentoring while building data platforms, dashboards, applications, integrations, and automation. Strong performance may lead to consideration for a full-time graduate role.
Responsibilities
- HR Data Analytics: transform raw HR data into clean, accessible formats and deliver insights for managers, partners, and leaders.
- Build secure, scalable AWS pipelines; centralise Workday and Greenhouse data in warehouses for business intelligence tools.
- Develop Python and Kotlin services, automate workflows, test data flows, create Python Dash dashboards, and document data assets.
- HR Software Engineering: build full-stack internal tools, cloud-native applications, secure APIs, and integrations connecting HR and corporate systems.
- Synchronise employee data, automate manual processes, and implement testing, error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable integrations.
- Translate HR requirements into technical specifications while addressing employee-lifecycle friction, data security, GDPR, and financial-services security standards.
Interview Process
