Role Responsibilities
- Support ongoing operational projects and process improvements
- Assist in gathering information and documenting processes
- Maintain project trackers and logs
- Identify manual or repetitive processes for improvement
- Support change initiatives and new product activities

Team and Environment
- Operations team ensures accuracy and control of trading activity
- Role within Operations Change and Strategy team
- Work closely with Operations and IT teams
- Gain exposure to end-to-end operational workflows and systems
- Support preparation of business requirements and project materials

Candidate Requirements
- Final year students or recent graduates
- Keen interest in operations, process improvement, and data use
- Curiosity about end-to-end operational processes
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets and identifying trends
- Experience in documenting processes and supporting projects is a plus
