Role Responsibilities
- Build systems to evaluate and compare large language models (LLMs)
- Design evaluation pipelines and scoring methodologies
- Develop services to run, track, and reproduce experiments at scale
- Integrate new models into a unified framework
- Optimize evaluation workflows for performance and reliability

Required Skills
- Strong Python skills with experience in reliable system building
- Solid software engineering fundamentals including APIs and testing
- Experience with data pipelines and experimentation workflows
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with traders and researchers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM tooling or frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs
- Familiarity with evaluation or benchmarking frameworks such as lm-eval or HELM
- Experience building backend services (FastAPI, Flask) and job orchestration
- Exposure to distributed systems, parallel computing, or GPU workloads
- Experience with experiment tracking tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases
