2027 Los Angeles Summer Associate - Industrials

About the role

Ten-week summer internship with the Los Angeles Industrials team, advising clients on M&A transactions across aerospace, construction, industrial, environmental, and multi-industrial sectors. Interns conduct financial analysis, valuation, research, presentations, due diligence, and deal execution while gaining exposure to clients and senior bankers.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries, performance drivers, trends, and challenges.
• Conduct complex quantitative analysis and financial valuation.
• Prepare client presentations and develop strategic business ideas.
• Participate in due diligence and advisory mandate execution.
• Work as part of a deal team on M&A advisory projects.

Team and Experience

• Join the Los Angeles Industrials team, focused on M&A advisory services.
• Gain on-the-job exposure to clients, senior bankers, and industry experts.

Requirements

• Complete an MBA degree by June 2028.
• Have relevant prior work experience.
