Responsibilities
- Build and scale regulatory reporting controls and processes for timely, accurate filings.
- Lead preparation, validation, and submission of filings to US and international regulators.
- Perform data reconciliations, position monitoring, and exception investigations.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk, technology, and trading teams.
- Develop automated solutions and reporting tools to reduce manual effort.

- Analyze regulatory changes and translate into process improvements.
- Own projects and deliver results on deadlines.
- Build subject-matter expertise in regulatory reporting.

Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in regulatory reporting, operations, compliance, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and organized, process-driven work approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data reconciliation.
