Point72 Fund Flow Analyst
Join Point72 as a Quantitative Analyst in the Fund Flow Research team to develop models and provide flow indicators aiding investment decisions. Work closely with PMs and analysts to enhance product offerings and support research.

Role and Responsibilities
- Refine and advance current product offerings in fund flow research.
- Contribute to research and development of new quantitative models.
- Assist in daily workflow, internal communications, and data production.
- Collaborate with PMs and analysts to identify needs and features.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field.
- Experience in quantitative research or development at a financial institution.
- Proficient with time series and point-in-time data.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $150,000-$200,000 USD.
- Discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package not included in base salary.
