Role and Responsibilities
- Develop modern NLP solutions including LLMs, agents, RAG, and fine-tuning open-source models.
- Explore and combine internal and external textual datasets for research.
- Build GenAI solutions using internal models and external APIs.
- Formulate research hypotheses to generate alpha.
- Post-train models for specific tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science or quantitative discipline.
- Experience with NLP, especially LLMs.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with data science tools and stack.
- Interest in financial markets.

Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $150,000-$250,000 USD.
- Discretionary bonus compensation not included.
